Today is iPhone 18 Pro launch day, but ahead of iPhone Duo’s arrival in October, a variety of hands-on videos have surfaced online showing off the software keyboard, app multitasking, camera features, and more.
A new reel shared by Flourish Planner on Instagram offers a good look at one-handed typing on the exterior display, as well as the typing experience on the folding display. Her impression is that texting is easier than expected, especially using the outer display. And if you have the iPhone Duo unfolded, holding it vertical offers a great typing experience. Horizontal mode on iPhone Duo’s folding display provides the option of a split keyboard UI. So half of the keyboard is conveniently condensed to fit under each thumb on either side of the screen. Finally, this post by GadgetMatch has demos of a bunch of features including camera capabilities, gaming, StandBy mode, and more. iPhone Duo’s exclusive camera features so far seem to be a hit among early testers.
