Today during its iPhone 18 Pro event, Apple announced the next generation AirPods 5 with improved active noise cancellation. Here are the details.
They’re the successor to the entry-model AirPods in the lineup. AirPods 5 were unveiled today following Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro introduction. Here are the new features: 50% more noise reduction compared to AirPods 4 Redesigned internals Next-generation Adaptive EQ Personalized Spatial Audio sounds better Up to 20 hours battery life with the case There are two versions of AirPods 5, but both include Active Noise Cancellation support. With AirPods 4, only the high-end model included ANC support. AirPods 5’s higher-end model adds to these: On-stem volume controls, similar to AirPods Pro Longer battery life Wireless charging case
